1. What made you work as a internal recruitment talent acquisition specialist?
I love the challenge and having the ability to progress individuals careers and change their lives. I feel that being in the centre of a companies growth plans and being responsible for bringing in industry leading professionals is very exciting – I am making a difference to the whole business dynamic.
